Cause of snoring
Medically, snoring is defined as a noise caused by vibrations from the airways of the respiratory tract that only appears during sleep.
So why all state, do we only experience snoring while relaxing moments?
The likelihood of snores during our waking hours is very slim because of our activity. That explains why Snoring occurs only at night or in our sleep.
During sleep, all our voluntary muscles are relaxed. Throat, in the same way as the triceps are relaxed is also rest while we sleep. The fact that tissues in the throat are soft, adds that the possible issuance of vibrant hues.
Once these tissues facilitated the passage of air is closer to passage. As you can see, reduced passages louder noise because there is more room for friction, so that the vibrations.
The same factors are also important as the reasons why there are differences in the volume, pitch and tone of snores.
